Our customer, a top Turkish kitchen equipment manufacturer, had been using a poorly performing e-commerce site for many years. Considering that the company is one of the top 10 significant dealerships in the region, something had to be done to fix this issue.
When the manufacturer approached us with the problem, we quickly realized that the site was beyond just fixing; it needed an overhaul in every sense. Our first step was to carry out a comprehensive design study to ensure that we created an e-commerce site that would showcase the manufacturer’s elegant range of products and give customers a great shopping experience while they shopped.
We conducted market research to identify the features that customers needed to make an informed decision about the products and the ones that would naturally attract the customers’ attention. We agreed on three primary colors that best resonated with the brand’s identity and the customers.

With the product design completed, we began the site’s construction, which presented new challenges requiring additional budget and time to address. In particular, there were requests from the manufacturer to integrate a 3rd party system, which we managed to achieve. We also created several email templates for various purposes, making it easy for the manufacturer to reach out to its customers quickly, whether or not they shopped.
The website is now a user-friendly, visually stunning, lively platform showcasing the manufacturer’s products. The outcome has proven to be exceptional, as it has generated a significant amount of interest from the target audience. This attention has positively impacted the manufacturer’s revenue and, more importantly, has significantly improved its online reputation.
